  Our waitress is the only reason this visit was somewhat salvageable. We went for all you can eat ribs Wednesday... AWFUL. 40 minute wait for the second plate of ribs and an additional 30 for a third. It was RIDICULOUS. They ran out, so we were like fine, whatever, we will wait. But then, they didn't have forks for us because THEY RAN OUT. Our food came out cold. We had our kids with us and with the wait they were exhausted so by the end we just wanted to leave as soon as we could. Our waitress was so sweet and apologetic, extremely friendly and seemed truly upset that we were having such a tough experience.. We asked to speak to the manager but I was too angry and would've been rude. I don't know who it is and how it is they are managing this restaurant. I had NEVER once experienced such awful service and I've been to this location FOR YEARS. Please, get this under control.

  Came into Montana’s for dinner tonight and had such a good experience! Emily and Savannah took care of us (Savannah was training) and they were both awesome. Savannah did such a great job for training. She was super friendly and on top of everything. Emily was a really great trainer Service was honestly just really smooth and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

  We were here for anniversary dinner the other day. The food and service was really good. We had the beef nachos for starters and it was reallly good and filling. We couldn't even finish it so we took it home. Then for mains we shared a large platter of ribs and wings and that was very good as well. We did Texas BBQ for flavor. Big ups to the chef and servers.

  Came to watch a hockey game and enjoy the Taco Tuesday, 11 hockey games on but we had to watch either basketball or Golf couldn`t get hockey. Ordered a Pulled pork Sandwich and it was very dry, ordered a side of sauce just to get it a bit of sauce on it. Service was great though. Recommend they subscribe to some hockey after all it`s Canada we live in and there`s more than 1 team that plays hockey

  This is the worst Montana's ive ever been to. We came in as a group of 15, we had a reservation for weeks so they knew we were coming in. We sat down at 1230. It took 40 min for all the food to come out and everyone's food was cold. One meal was so cold it was inedible and that gentleman in our party didn't get a new plate for an hour and a half. When we complained the first time the guy we were complaining to didn't say anything except "thank you" and walked away. I want to make sure I'm specific in saying that it was the management here that was messing up. We had a lovely server that seemed very embarrassed by it all. She deserves a raise for having to deal with bosses on a daily basis that are this dense.
