The chicken sandwich was stale and dry. Why would you serve a chicken patty that’s inedible like that? The sandwich was way too over sauced to the point the lettuce was so soggy . I would not recommend this establishment.

BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NO REFILL POP MACHINE....I am not going sit at the restaurant, just pick up would be fine if u no rush. Otherwise I rather go farther away one instead
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The food quality was poor, and the hot chocolate was especially unacceptable. I requested a substitution, but what I received was mostly milk and cream with barely any chocolate.
I called to speak with the manager to provide feedback so the issue could be improved, but instead of listening, she denied the situation and seemed more focused on dismissing my concern. The conversation ended abruptly when she hung up on me, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Overall, the service and handling of customer feedback were very disappointing. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

You want something fast on your break? Good luck,This is not the place for you then. I order a coffee and that takes a minimum of 10 minutes and there not even a single soul in the drive through. You want to pay cash at the till? Good luck nobody is up there unless your ring the bell a few times and then they get upset when you do, but in all reality you've been waiting 7 or so minutes just to get your order even taken even when it's not busy. Like it's so bad and slow I've wanted to go behind the counter and start working just to get my food, this is pathetic

I recently visited this location today around 9:40pm with a friend and had an uncomfortable experience. We politely asked a staff member if we could use the washroom, which is a very normal and reasonable request in any restaurant.
Instead of responding professionally, the employee reacted in a way that felt inappropriate and dismissive. She appeared surprised and, along with another crew member, made comments and laughed about our request right on our faces. We dont know what was so funny about it. the behavior came across as unprofessional and disrespectful.
As customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect when interacting with staff. This experience made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I don’t think management would take this feedback seriously because the superiors were right there. Make sense why this newly opened location has such low rating. They definitely opened a beautiful location but forgot to train their employees.
