It's not tasted as fresh as it should be. I assumed the pies were left in the oven longer than it should be. The Shift manager named Racel didn't do anything about it. Trying to explain "it's always been like that". My family and I are very familiar with McDonald's Canada standard as we used to work with Team Sangha around Mcdonald's in Edmonton. Disappointed on how the shift manager handled these things around. Experience is not great because of this.
