  This location is terrible. Staff simply don't care, food thrown together in a sloppy mess, it's cold. I asked and paid for a bunch of sweet and sour sauce, asked the guy if the sauce was in the bag and he just, "yeah yeah'd" me and shoes me off. Get home, no sweet and sour sauce. You know, you really don't have to be there if you don't want too... McDonald's is such crap now and this location is at the bottom of the crap pile.

  I am almost regular customer there and Tushar served me almost every time, he does professional service and smiles all the time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Service is absolutely horrible, called this location to make sure they were open for dine in she said if you come in and order before 11:50 theres no problem with us going. Me and my friend walked over an hour for the mcdonalds to be locked up.. we call again and they were being completley ignorant not apologetic or anything, we were there before 10.

  We had called to make sure they were open and a lady had told us they were so long as we were there before 12:00am THATS DAY . We walked an hour to this location just for it to be locked up for maintenance. We had to walk back and the location did absolutely nothing to apologize for the miscommunication of their employee that gave us incorrect information. Never will be going back for the ignorant and unhelpful service.

  Found a plastic piece inside my burger. I called to let them know and Nisha whom I was talking to instead of listening to the problem she made me feel like i was an idiot and lying . She kept saying that she didn’t had any order done as similar to mine that whole night. However i kept telling her i still have the burger and pictures with me also the time and proof of the payment but she never listened and kept saying otherwise. Than jennifer took over and listened, apologized about what happened with food and nisha. It was not that i called them to ask for a refund or coupon anything but just to let them know so they can be more careful next time so this doesn’t happen to anyone else because if i or anyone would have inhaled the plastic the outcome would have been really bad.
