Sat at their drive through speaker for 10 minutes well they helped 4 other people in the other drive through lane. I’ve had issues here in the past with both service and food. I won’t be back anymore. There is a Tim Hortons down the road.
Every weekend, we order McDonald’s, and unfortunately for the past month there has been an issue every single time. They always seem to miss at least one item in our order.
This time, we decided to order through the app and pick it up ourselves, hoping it would be smoother. Instead, we were told to pull to the third window and ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for just 3 meals, while 8 cars behind us received their food before we did.
When I asked why it was taking so long, I at least got an apology, which I appreciated. But after waiting that long with no update, I had to honk and say “hello, can someone help?” before anyone assisted me.
At this point, it’s just become too frustrating and too consistent to ignore.

Very terrible customer service and the food was terrible got a infection In my mouth and now I’m sick also the food smelled bad now my breath smells like fart it’s disgusting shame on them who they hired to work at this job for making food for the customers what a shame for this McDonald’s not recommended for other people it’s not worth it. They should get. Health inspector in and check out the place like what are they doing yuck!!!!

This McDonald’s is incredibly inconsistent. If I a flavoured latte there’s a 50% chance it will be unflavoured. The fries are rarely seasoned and they often forget paid items. I’ve tried to be understanding but there’s never any improvement.

I come to this McDonald’s late at night quite often, and unfortunately the same employee working the night shift keeps making mistakes with my orders. This is not just a one-time thing — it happens almost every time I come here.
She doesn’t seem to take the time to properly listen when customers are speaking, which leads to wrong items or missing things in the order. It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re paying for your food and expect it to be correct.
I’m sure I’m not the only customer experiencing this issue. I hope management can address it so orders are taken more carefully in the future.
