  Absolute failure in management at the 109th Triangle location. On Saturday, with the restaurant nearly empty, staff told me I could only stay for 30 minutes. This isn’t 'operational difference'—it’s hostile service. I’ve already escalated this to corporate and am waiting for the District Manager of Sangha Operating Group to explain why they are kicking customers out of an empty store. If you want to be treated like a nuisance, come here. Otherwise, go to any other coffee shop nearby.

  This is my morning stop on my way to work. Every visit I am greeted with big smiles and great service. This McD’s has a super morning crew and they should be commended for their kindness and efficiency. Thank you for making the commute a better one!

  I ordered two black coffees with cream and Splenda on the side. There was no cars in front of me in the drive through and I had to wait to place my order. Then I had to pull forward and waited ten minutes for my coffees. They both had cream in them and I had to go into the restaurant to get the Splenda. This is the worst McDonald’s. I go there all the time and have always had to wait and never received the correct order…. Even for a coffee. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Edmonton

  I am writing to formally complain about my recent order at this location This is now the second time I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese and received an extremely small amount. While cream cheese was added, the portion was so minimal that it barely covered the bagel. This is not acceptable, especially since this issue has happened more than once. I expect consistency and proper portion standards when I pay for a product. Please address this issue with your team to ensure it does not continue happening. I would appreciate a refund or replacement for my order.
