Had to wait for 25min for food being a fast food chain and yet the food the cold including the fries as if it was taken out from fridge

order took atleast 10 mins and still got it wrong.. i ordered grilled chicken but they gave me crispy.. didnt complain because i dont have the time to more 10 mins...
