  Albany McDonald’s might be the most frustrating, disappointing excuse for a meal I’ve ever paid for. They didn’t just get my order wrong—they managed to forget HALF of it. How does that even happen? And the food I did get was stone cold, soggy, and looked like it had been carelessly thrown together and crushed before being shoved into the bag. It honestly felt like zero effort, zero quality control, and zero concern for customers. If this is the standard they’re operating at, it’s embarrassing. Paying for food and getting something this bad is beyond unacceptable—it’s a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place entirely unless you’re okay with missing items, cold food, and total disappointment.

  DO NOT COME HERE! We waited 21 minutes for nuggets. This was today April 4th 230pm. Was not busy at all, yet 3 people were waiting ahead of us. They all came inside from drive through because no one showed up to give there order. They were in such a hurry to clear the board of waiting orders but not in a hurry to make the food. Our cups (that they fill now) were all half empty.... Anyways they place is a joke now, go to a different location or be ready to wait 20 minutes for "FAST" food.

  I placed an order online on March 29, 2026, and asked someone to pick it up for me using a picture of the order number. When they got there, the staff member told me she couldn't find the order in the system and basically said there was nothing she could do. I requested to speak with a manager over the phone, and she insisted she was already the manager. It's incredibly frustrating that despite having proof of my order, nobody could help resolve the situation, So ANNOYING !

  Always eat in everywhere I go. This location, food can be good to really bad. Today, Mar 13 4:30 p.m, they REALLY need to change the oil their deep frier. Fresh cooked, unsalted fries had a pretty bad old grease flavour. Ketchup dispenser was empty. Bathrooms were not clean but at least the tables were. They also seem to be perennially short staffed. Girl taking the orders was friendly but she was trying to do two other jobs at the same time and kept leaving while we were trying to order, so the order process was very disjointed. Food is often wrong and takes longer than other locations. This place needs a good manager and a whole bunch of oversight. McDee's quality control inspections are definitely not doing the job.
