  I ordered a mcdouble meal eith an extra patty, and for take out. They bring me my food on a tray which I then had to ask for a bag, and I had to scoop the fries out of the treaty because you over filled the cap out of it. Then I leave the McDonald's, when I go to later eat my burger they somehow forgot the extra patty I ordered. On top of that the fries were insanely salty.

  This has been my go to location for quite some time now and there's a reason for that. The staff is friendly, food is fresh, and the service is the fastest out of all the McDonald's I've been to in Edmonton. They just can't go wrong!

  Twice in the last month I've been told me order was paid for, the first time in drive thru I showed them proof of payment. 2nd time I order for pick up, when we arrived we told them we were here to pick up and gave our order number and the male working in the front said the order didn't go through and then walked away. Had to wait for them to show us their system saying the order wasn't processed but our payment was taken. Overall I understand things happen and payments sometimes dont process, however there is a huge opportunity in customer service. Please dont walk away from customers, take the time to explain the situation or at least let someone know you are going to get someone to help them. Dont just walk away without a word!

  The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because it offers free refills on soft drinks. Not anymore. McDonald's is moving in the wrong direction. It used to be affordable. I rather go to Costco for a Hot Dog and pop then grab a roast chicken on the way out and refill my pop. Way cheaper than a meal at McDonald's.

  The food was ok but the lady at the drive though late at around 3am was very rude for no reason me and my friend said appreciate that after getting our order and the lady responded disrespectfully, why she decided to respond that way to a “thank you” I have no idea but last time I’ll use my manners at this location
