  ordered at drive through, large fries, cheese burger, oreo and a Cadbury creme egg flurries as well as ketchup, salt and pepper. did NOT get the salt, pepper or ketchup and worst of all did NOT get any creeme egg in my flurry just chocolate chunks and vanilla ice cream

  We have ordered from this location twice within a week, and both times an item was missing from our order. Approximately two weeks ago, we placed a breakfast order and a smoothie was missing. We were able to obtain a refund through the app. A few days later, we placed a dinner order and a Quarter Pounder was missing. This time, however, the app did not provide any option to report the issue or request a refund. After searching the app, I found an email address and sent an email on April 1. I received an automatic response but have not received any follow-up since then. Having missing items on multiple orders, combined with the lack of a proper way to report issues and no response to my email, is extremely disappointing. We expect accurate orders and timely customer service, neither of which has been provided.

  I recently purchased a Junior Chicken from your location, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The taste was unpleasant and seemed as though it had been prepared using old or stale oil. This significantly affected the quality and freshness of the food, which is not what I expected. I usually trust your brand for good taste and hygiene, but this experience did not meet those standards. I kindly request that you look into this matter and ensure better quality control in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience.

  I ordered a Big Mac meal with Large Fries and Med Orange Fruitopia. I got the Big Mac with extra lettuce, onions, pickles and cheese. I didn't get any of the extra stuff on my burger. The Large Fries is half full when I got it. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Is this supposed to be the standard McDonald's experience now? I'm paying more for less. This McDonald's really went down hill.
