  I visited a McDonald’s location at night and noticed they only had two staff working. The employees themselves were doing their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed. It’s not their fault; they were juggling multiple tasks, trying to keep up with a constant line of cars. Unfortunately, this led to frustration on their side, and we as customers experienced irritated service. I totally get it—they had cars lined up, only one person taking orders outside and one inside trying to manage everything. In my opinion, the management needs to step up and add more staff during busy hours. The workers deserve support so they can offer good service, and customers don’t end up on the receiving end of that frustration. The owner should step up and support their employees instead of looking for more profits. Sorry if it sounds rude but I’m being straight up. That beautiful employee working got irritated her reaction was justified. When you have 2 employees working, one making food and also taking orders on the same time or the other is giving customers food outside. It is a big hassle for 2 of those hard working employees.

  Placed a skip the dishes order here at 3:20am. Order was confirmed before 3:30. Driver was at the restaurant to pick up the food. Then the workers here cancelled my order after me waiting nearly 40 minutes for my food. Called and they said "your order just came in, we are now serving breakfast so we can't make the burgers" which is a lie, because if my delivery driver was already there, the food must have been ready. I will be calling back in the afternoon to speak to a competent manager because this is ridiculous.

  I came here the first time because it’s so close to my house. But I KEEP coming here because of Pauline. She’s an absolute doll and the sweetest woman. She is kind and funny and brightens our day anytime I see her at the drive through!
