  I am beyond furious with this McDonald’s. This was not just a bad experience — it was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I opened my order and found BONES in my food… how does that even happen at a place like this?! And if that wasn’t bad enough, there was visible MOLD on it. MOLD. That is a serious health hazard, not just a “mistake.” This is straight-up negligence and shows a complete lack of basic hygiene and food safety. I paid for a meal and got something that looked like it belonged in the trash. I couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw everything away. Whoever is responsible for quality control at this location clearly does not care at all. I will NEVER be coming back, and I seriously question how this place is even allowed to stay open.

  I’m beyond fed up with McDonald’s constantly claiming their ice cream machine is “broken” after 9 PM. Seriously, every single time? At this point it’s just insulting—do they actually expect customers to believe the machine magically stops working every night? Either fix the machine properly or just be honest and say you don’t want to serve ice cream late. The excuses are getting ridiculous. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern, and it makes the whole place look lazy and poorly managed. It’s honestly a joke. Don’t even bother going at night if you want ice cream because you’ll just be disappointed and annoyed. Do better.

  I got there at 4:05 am and just wanted a coffee. Drive through said that their system was down since 3 am for their update thing. 1 hour?!!! For an update! If you are closed for an hour then your not open 24 hrs a day. That is false advertisement! Either the drive through person was lying and needs to be fired or you need to change your sign.

  Well I never go in to the store as it always has a line up. But I go through the drive through and it’s always rate packed or no one is in it. But I know the reason for this is because they are always either rushing the customers with no politeness at all. Your food is always cold and never hot. They just give you your food and there is no thank you or come again or anything like that they just push push push I understand it’s a fast food joint but I’m a human it takes me a minute to grab my wallet and my money or to grab all the food. So please if you could just be better that would be great starts from the top down fix your restaurant McDonald’s!
