I visited this location on Friday evening, April 10, around 6:15 PM, using the drive-thru window, and the experience was unacceptable. I went there specifically to redeem expiring reward points after being repeatedly prompted to do so, only to be told that fries and coke were not eligible. Because of that, I ended up paying for my food. That was already frustrating, but I chose to move on. At the pickup window, I politely asked for a single mayonnaise sachet. The manager on duty, a larger-built male (Filipino I think), immediately raised his voice and repeatedly stated that it was not free. It costs money. I made it clear I was willing to pay, but he refused and kept insisting that I should have handled it at the previous window. This made no sense, especially when the request could have easily been resolved on the spot. Are things really at a point where a manager cannot spare a single sachet for a paying customer? And even when I offered to pay, I was still met with attitude and refusal over something so minor. This was not about the cost. It was about basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I was spoken to in a loud, confrontational manner over a trivial request. This location used to be much better. This experience reflects poor judgment and unacceptable customer service from someone in a managerial position. I strongly recommend this incident be reviewed and addressed. On April 3 at 7:32pm, I went through drive-thru and ordered two <2> double -double regular coffees. I didnt start drinking my coffee until I got home. When I got home, while drinking one cup of coffee, halfway sipping it, something inside touch my lip and mouth. So I opened my cup and discovered this particle - a rubber / white plastic floating inside. It sure did scared me, because, what if I end up swallowing this piece. It did made me so angry, disappointed and I felt frustrated about this careless situation whoever prepared my coffee ! I decided to called this particular Macdonald branch, and asked for actual Manager, who was off and will be back on Tuesday. But Arvic, the evening staff mentioned, that she will notified her Manager about this issue. This accident and careless procedure shouldn't happened, someone didn't follow the safety standards protocol overall, or wasn't properly trained. Arvic told me , someone / A Mananger will follow up and call me first thing on Tuesday April 7th, but I never received a phone call. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this Macdonalds location in 127 / 140 Ave. BARANOW AREA. THIS IS IN REGARDS ABOUT SAFETY AND SANITATION STANDARDS ON PROPER PROTOCOL IN HANDLING AND FOOD PREPARATION. I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED, AND DEFINITELY HAVE FEAR TO ORDER AND EAT TO THIS LOCATION EVER. I' took a few photos of this particular cup of coffee with white piece floated in my coffee.

I am wishing all locations had a separate entrance for skip the dishes delivery drivers. The majority of these drivers were rude and pushing their way in front of those waiting for their orders. In store customers are equally or more important than skip the dishes. We drive to your locations and deserve better service than what we had at this location. PLEASE make a separate entrance for your online orders.
