  Sherwood Park Kaska dr. They gave me a room temperature burger patty in my sandwich. In my opinion food safety is not a priority at night if that can happen. I spoke to the owner and he said it was my perception... temperature readers don't read perception they read temperature. Temperature is an actual reading. And for someone who owns a business that serves food to see it as someones perception rather than be concerned for customer safety is an issue in my opinion. The burger must have been sitting with no heat for quite a while to have no heat in it. The cheese was cold. The bun had no heat in it. It was a cold sandwich and a food health violation to serve.

  Really stupid staff. I was inside the restaurant to pickup the food for delivery. Because they didn’t prepare the food so they asked me to use the drive thru to pick it up. I told them Drive thru line is so long it will waste my time, didn’t listen and said we are closed, can’t do anything. I was already inside the restaurant, you should have handed over me the food so that I can save my time. Wasted more than 15 minutes because of their stupidity. Mcdonald managers do something better to manage deliveries.

  The girls working there are very rude they don’t know how to talk to customer you should learn some customer service girl thats not how things work we are not buying anything for free even they are not serving us for free 🙄very disrespectful behaviour

  Worst customer service around. I was out with my family and.bight manager a Filipino man with thick black framed glasses wouldn't grab the key to the bathroom around 9 pm so my kid could use the bathroom cause they like to keep it locked all the time. Good to know that the Staff and managers at this location won't let a kid go to the bathroom. Good to know that this is how managers and staff treat their paying customers. I get that you don't want people trashing your bathrooms all the time but when you asked nicely for the key to the bathroom so a kid can go to the bathroom you should do your job and hand the key over so a child can go to use the bathroom. I can ignore the bad customer service with missed order items 3 times but when a kid needs to use the bathroom and you keep the doors locked you should just hand over the key or just unlock it for him. The staffs excuses for not opening the door was because it was locked for cleaning. Then he said to use the woman's bathroom and that was locked and still same excuses locked for cleaning. Staff and bad managers like this should be fired. Customers shouldn't have to fight with the staff so their kids can use the bathroom. I expect better from Staff at mc donalds at thilocation
