  I ordered hotcakes along with other items at the drive-through and clearly requested 3 butter packets instead of the usual 2. The staff member confirmed that they would include 3. When I received my order, I even double-checked with the employee, and he assured me again that there were 3 butter packets. However, after getting home and opening the order, I found only 2. This was very disappointing—not just because my request wasn’t followed, but because I was told twice that it had been. It’s frustrating when such a simple request is overlooked and then miscommunicated. The only reason I chose this location was its convenience, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this store to others.

  Shut down the drive thru and turned off the kiosks literally right as I arrived. No one would answer any questions when I tried to inquire. I only had a few minutes to get something, and this totally inconvenienced my day, especially since I missed lunch earlier.
