She asked if she could put a half melted ice cream cone in a cup because it was melting. We then asked can you please make us another one as we did not order a sundae. She then said their ice cream machine is now being cleaned and thats not possible. We then asked for a refund, she shut the window went inside for a few minutes and came out with a new cone?? What is this lol.
