  Just wanted to pop on and write a review complimenting management. This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been inside, you can tell the management takes pride in their establishment and uplifts staff by that alone. Well done mcdonalds

  As per Leo Getz, you always get screwed at the drive thru. I paid for cheese, didn't receive said cheese. The bagel sandwich I received was very tasty. It's far better than Tim's. Sausage is juicer, bagel is better, overall it's a lot more moist than what Tim's offers. It would have been even better if they added the cheese that I paid for. Leo's right, by the time I got home and noticed, what am I going to do, turn around and go back???

  The founder would be embarrassed to know each associated to you guys. Made my kid a grilled cheese kid's meal and it was just white soggy , uncooked bread.. when I told them this isn't grilled at all , they said this is how they do it. I just assume that they don't have the equipment and they're making me pay for it because everyone else grills it. I said I will go get the rest of the happy meal from the car.I would like a refund. They said, that's not our policy to do refunds.She has to take something else like a cheeseburger. My kid won't eat that and neither will I. Didn't matter to them. So I took the cheeseburger and threw it in a garbage. These people keep changing their policy and kicking out worse food every day. They are going on the fact that people need to eat and they are convenient. Yet two years ago I used to eat mcdonald's like every second day. Now there are no longer any McDonald's on my side of town that I will even touch.So once in a blue moon , if i'm traveling or on a different side of towne I try one. And I quickly rule that one out too. As far as i'm concerned , you guys owe me money. But none of you, people seem to care about that just keep ripping people off one customer at a time, and no 1 even bothers to check these reviews.You really think you're too big to fail , don't you

  Pretty solid experience overall. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food came out fresh and tasted exactly how you’d expect—consistent and satisfying. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable to sit and eat. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that’s expected. Overall, a reliable spot if you’re looking for a quick and decent meal.

  This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I've lived in the area for 25 years and it has been getting worse and worse over the last 10 years. The most basic order is an impossibility for the staff to comprehend or put together. Orders are wrong AT LEAST 90% of the time, no matter what time of day you go. I've been double charged, charged for items I didn't order, and not been given items I've ordered more times than I can count. Most of the time I don't bring up the issues because it is not worth my time and energy but when I do, they always push the blame to the customer. "No you didn't order that." "The payment didn't go through you have to pay again." "There's nothing we can do." I eat McDonald's more than anyone should from many places across the city. This is 100% by far the absolute worst place to go if you're looking for McDonald's.
