  Would strongly recommend checking your order before consuming. Ordered through SkipTheDishes. The drink cup was leaking when we removed it from the bag, and after consuming the drink we discovered blue tape applied to both the outside and inside of the cup. This constitutes foreign material inside a food container and is a clear food safety failure and a contamination issue, not a minor packaging issue. Even more concerning was the lack of accountability when reported. Both the store and SkipTheDishes. They treated this like a minor inconvenience instead of a contamination concern. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.

  Drive thru service, only wanted to get a fish burger, was on my way out of town. It was the worst piece of leather. This place is getting worse and more worse all the time and it doesn't seem to matter which restaurant location it is. Not describeable how revolted I am. Spit out the bite and threw away the trash burger.

  I had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order at the kiosk and selected table service, then sat down with my table number as instructed. After waiting several minutes with no food delivered, I had to go to the counter myself to ask about my order. The staff member (indian lady) told me she “didn’t see it,” but instead of being attentive to orders, she was busy talking and laughing with a coworker in Punjabi. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer focus. To make things worse, when I finally received my food, it was cold. The whole point of table service is convenience and good service, but this experience was the opposite. Very poor service, no attention to customers, and disappointing food quality. Definitely needs improvement.

  Stopped by McDonald's recently and everything went about as expected. Orders were moving at a steady pace, and I didn’t have to wait long to get my food. It came out hot and exactly how you’d expect from this kind of place—nothing surprising, but no complaints either. The place itself seemed well-kept, and the staff handled the flow of customers without any issues. It’s the kind of location you can count on when you just need something quick and familiar without any hassle.

  I would like to file a complaint about my recent experience at McDonald's. I ordered a Chicken Muffin Burger meal and politely asked if I could substitute the hash brown with cookies or a cupcake. The staff member on duty responded rudely and told me it was not possible, without offering any explanation or alternative. I frequently visit this location, especially through the drive-thru, and have always had a good experience. However, this time I chose to dine inside, and unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service at this location. Thank you.
