- DGDoug GreensladeApr 2, 20261.0When into the restaurant. Waited at the front counter for 5 minutes. Multiple staff seen me. Completely ignored me & did not approach or acknowledge me even though many staff members looked over made eye contact & keept walking in the back. Very poor counter service will not be back.

- AQAndy QuanMar 7, 20262.0They always forget to give straws and seems to automatically assume don't need a bag. Have not been asked this more often than not and do not end up getting a bag. And they forgot my fries, straws and napkins. I paid the fee so should have gotten all of the extra items.
