  It wasn't my favourite McDonald's experience. It was close to my worst actually. I knew it wouldn't be good when I saw the line of hash browns waiting for eaters.

  Came here Thursday lunch, the service is amazing. Food was so good, fresh and crisp! Love the lobby layout, newly renovated and the washrooms are automated. Atmosphere is not bad, a lot of students during the lunch time . Definitely coming back 👍

  Ordered a small ice coffee in store, took over 10 minutes to get it, but it was made immediately and sat in the window where the drinks are made, while the manager and 3 staff played around on their phones... They didn't look too pleased that I disturbed there phone time when I finally asked if the coffee I was looking at for 10 minutes was mine... There's 5 people currently in the dining room and every table is filthy and the garbage I can see from where I'm sitting is so full the door can't close. The printers in the self serve checkout are both out of paper. Whoever owns this franchise, train your staff better. Edit, as I was about to leave a staff member brought out a sleeve up napkins to stock them, she immediately dropped them on the floor, picked them up and proceeded to put them in the dispenser, around 11:27am March 26 2026.

  Waited here over 22 minutes for a cheeseburger and coffee, 3 of the ladies in the back must’ve thought the 3 people waiting in line for over 10 minutes for a simple order was funny because every correction they were given; requests or literally anything was met with laughter, ever since the renovation this place has been horrible including the staff. Probably the worst staff I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s.

  I had went to this location previously and I had a really great experience, I still think about how great the service was. Vanessa took my order and I was very indecisive with what I wanted to order. She was patient, polite, and helpful, the entire time she never made me feel rushed with my order. It is always amazing when I come across workers like this who actually shows genuine care for their customers. This branch is very lucky to have her.
