  Fui el hace como 20 minutos por qué tenía mucha hambre, estoy hospedado en el hotel RAMADA que está al frente, me acerque a la ventanilla para pedir pero como no traigo auto por la misma razón que está al frente no me quisieron dar servicio, no fui mal vestido ni nada por el estilo pero el gerente en turno comento que como no iba en auto no me podían atender. Para la próxima ves mejor iré a A&W me entenderá mejor.

  I placed my order at the totem, but at no point did I ask for a sweet bread, which is what they brought me. They didn't ask me or anything, they just did it.

  Asked for pickles and cheese on my McChicken. Didn't get any cheese and got 2 pickles slapped on there. Ketchup in the bag for the fries? Not a chance. McDonald's is such a disappointment these days. Probably time to write it off completely.

  They refuse numerous costumers at 4am due to “updates” and never have good customer service. They also don’t make wraps past 11pm - which is just pure laziness because if a person wants a wrap and is willing to wait for it then there shouldn’t be any restriction.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your drive-thru today. I ordered three large fries and one small fry. However, when I reached the window, I was handed three large fries and a small Sprite. Thinking the drink might be a promotional item, I accepted it, but I soon realized my small fry was missing. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted that I had ordered a Sprite. I offered to return the unopened drink in exchange for the fries I originally ordered. The staff member (who I believe was a supervisor or manager) refused, stating that because the drink was already in my possession, I would have to pay extra for the fries. The way she spoke to me was very unprofessional and lacked basic respect. To make matters worse, when I eventually tasted the fries I did receive, they were extremely salty and greasy. Because I was concerned about the quality and did not want my children to get sick, I ended up throwing the entire order away. I am very disappointed in both the service and the food quality and hope this matter is addressed.
