  had an amazing experience with Lanssa! The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff was friendly, patient, and very attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. It’s rare to find such dedication and care these days. I really appreciate their effort and would highly recommend Lanssa to anyone looking for top-quality service!

  These guys called me multiple times about my order to tell me they are out of specific things and to go over substitute options. Once we recieved the delivery it was still wrong. I am from out of town and they will not rectify the problem and send the rest of the order. Just keep telling me next time, next time, next time we will give you free whatever. There is no next time. I dont live in the city. Im visiting family for a Easter dinner. Dont waste your time and use a different location. Would also advise not using delivery and going in to make sure the order is right.

  Went through the drive thru around 9pm tonight, ordered 2 meals and 2 gravies. Got home and didn't get any fries. Kinda defeats the purpose of getting gravy. Sure glad I spent almost $40 for dinner just to be disappointed.

  I bought 3 meals in this location just now, I paid $75.14 for that meal. In the bucket meal which is one of my order, it has only 2 very tiny legs, 1 wings which is so tiny also and the rest are thighs. All those chicken are so dried and the fries are saggy, and warm not even fresh or crunchy. The 2 meals which are chicken tenders are dried too, it’s not worthed to the price that I paid. I never ever going back on that location really!
