  Last month my family went to this location to order for lunch like twice or even thrice as always waiting for food. Surprisingly the service is fast and the food is readily available TODAY!!! Staffs looks lighter and enjoying their job now. I hope this is not just today. Lets see in our next visit.

  The pictures tell all. That was supposedly their Thursday special. Waited a half hour in the parking lot for my order. I live less than 5 minutes away. When I opened the bucket and began to take out the chicken, i noticed that it was very soft. They were so greasy that it became hard to pick up the pieces. Then, I got down to the bottom! Have you ever seen so much flipping grease!!? We had to put it in the oven for almost an hour to get what batter was on it to be crispy. I will never order from there again.

  Last Thursday I went to the drive thru Beverly KFC to buy their Thursday special. First off they did not have extra crispy chicken. Secondly, I wanted to order another side of macaroni salad and asked how much extra that would be and the lady said $8.99!! I thought what!? That's almost as much as the chicken was so I declined and just ordered the chicken with a side of gravy which came with the deal. Then, I was told I would have to wait 15-20 minutes for fresh chicken. I said I guess so!! After sitting in the parking lot with a few other customers it wasn't till about a half hour before the lady came out with my order. Now, I live 2 minutes from the KFC and when I got home and opened up our order I was totally shocked and disgusted when I started to serve the chicken for my Mom and I. The chicken had hardly any coating and I had a hard time picking up the chicken out of the bucket for all the grease!! Once I had all the chicken finally out of the bucket there was a ton of grease at the bottom of the bucket, GROSS!!! It was getting late and we were hungry so I put all the chicken on a rack and baking sheet and baked the chicken for almost 45 minutes before it actually felt crispy like it should've been from the start. I took pictures of the mess and of the inside of the bucket. I was going to take it back to the restaurant and demand my money back but decided not to. I decided to through out the bucket and vowed never to order from that KFC ever again!!!

  Was awsome walked in was greeted by staff unlike at the clareview location where we were ignored for ten minutes before giving up and coming here Will come to this location again

  I went to this location March 3rd, 2026. I was there about 45mins before the evening closed. This was the worst KFC I've ever dealt with. I think the issue is management or the employees are lying? I couldn't tell. I pulled to the drive thru and the first sentence was, "We don't have any chicken". There is a bit of an expectation that a chicken place that serves all chicken products will have chicken of some variety. After getting past this we ordered a poutine and a drink. I got to the window and they pulled out the cash. I guess I'm paying by card then. The lady tried explaining that she has to run my card inside the building to the front counter, which is not easily visible, and use my card for me. She did this, and it didn't work?? Anyways, I drove around and had to go inside. When I got in there, the exact card, on the same machine, worked.... They didn't have my stuff ready at first even though I thought they would because I had to go partially around the block to get back to the building because the drive thru goes out to a road. I filled up my cup, which I felt like should've been ready? They gave me the poutine and I went out to my car. Looked in the bag and there is no fork. It's a pountine.... not really handheld food. I went inside again and they apologize but told me there are no forks there at all. I asked for any utensils, spoon, knife, enything and they said they had nothing. I don't know if this was true and the owner doesn't have them setup correctly or if they lied because they didn't feel like working that evening. The girl seemed nice but it was hard to tell honestly. In conclusion. - No chicken at the chicken place - No utensils at this place to eat my poutine with - took my card(money) inside away from me and didn't work and I had to go inside anyways. Weirdest and worst KFC experience. I laughed as my wife ate her pountine with her fingers because...how are these things even possible. All you can do is laugh at how bad it was.
