  Waited 3 hours for an order absolutely ridiculous terrible service amd when it gor here there was a spoon full of meat in every thing every one working there should be fired

  English is hard for some of the workers. I ordered 4 piece tenders and they gave 4 piece chicken. I hate drum sticks and had 3 drumsticks. Workers need to listen better.

  They barely ever change their fryer oil, food always tastes overcooked and like it was cooked in old fryer oil. Drive thru is broken and no one has fixed it yet for over a month. They just let customers sit in the drive thru waiting for however long. Overall worst location in Edmonton.

  I had pre ordered food to pick up on my way home. My drive is 20 minutes. Upon arrival my order had not even been touched. I thought the whole point of online order was to avoid a wait time. Then I get told I have to wait an additional 7 minutes for tender to be made. Okay fine, I arrived at 6:34 and didn’t walk out till 6:56 … This review isn’t towards the staff as they were very kind, it’s to the owner. HIGHER MORE STAFF. Your location is busy and you know this. There was so many skip/uber drivers sitting around also waiting for orders which effects their score when you take to long. If you’re gonna be cheap about your business then get your butt in the kitchen and help your damn staff!

  Absolutely worst experience. I ordered two deluxe spicy sandwiches and fries on the side. They said 10 to 15 minutes, but our order came at around 35 minutes and it was not not that busy either because we went late at night. The fries were also cold and the deluxe sandwiches did not have the tomato and lettuce. They’re cheap on ingredients. The staff is absolutely lazy. Do not go here or give this location any traffic maybe then they’ll come to their senses.
