  When trying to order, the cashier spots were blocked by the giant (and painful to use) ordering screens. After screwing around with those for a few minutes, we finally had to order with the lady behind the counter, through the gaps between the screens. After ordering, we were then told they didn't have the sauce we wanted. Fine, but annoying. The gentleman was very nice and helped us find a close substitute. Then when it came time to sit down, not a single table was even remotely clean. Disappointing all around.

  I have been to this location many times but lately it's horrible. Drive thru never works and now with order screen only to place order, human interaction is non existent. And staff are the most unhelpful and unfriendly. Food mediocre at best. Lost my support and business!

  Great service and super fast food. Hardly any wait time, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

  Just came here around 1 hr ago...horrible service the 2 looks in the back just stood around talking. My wife ordered a chili chicken burger/small fries and Pepsi. I ordered a zinger combo with a large poutine...I CLEARLY SEEN AND RECORDED THE TWO COOKS IN THE BACK, GIVE US THE OLD AS HELL.FRIES THAT WAS COLD, SOGGY AND TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD...GRAVY WAS COLD AS ICE. I asked for new fries for both our orders. They cooks argued and said it was not old fries, and when I told them I seen they just dump the old fries from the basket, and I have a video of whay they did..thats when they stopped arguing and lieing. Their was no language barrier as both Phillipinos spoke clear english...they just lie and cut corners for $38.00 meal for both..I dont have the receipt but I have my transactions for evidence on my debt card, date, amount and time. Get someone to contact me asap

  We came here ordered at the screen, took them 30 minutes to acknowledge our order. Just for context we were the only customers in the store and drive thru was empty. The whole staff was in the kitchen chatting away. Not only did they take 45 minutes to make 2 combo sandwiches but they made it wrong. Richelle was the cashier, she seemed very confused reading our order. Would not recommend this location, needs either better staff or management needs to hire better employees that can do their job. There is many people unemployed looking for a job right now.
