  Poor customer service, service is too slow waited for 45 mins for a 10pcs chicken. Cashier does not even know their menu. Will never go back to that KFC location.

  You can only use the kiosk and it doesn't give you the specials of the day. Then there was one other person in the restaurant and my two sliders took over fifteen minutes to get and they were warm at best. Plus my sliders were just a small chicken finger on a bun with some lettuce a small amount of hot sauce. Not worth the money spent that's for sure. I probably won't ever eat at KFC again way too much money for what you get and they don't give two hoots. Crazy world we live in at the moment it seems like corporate doesn't care about us.

  Impolite staff , bad service!!! The manager Harry refused to serve me order from coupon , he insisted to serve me different offers!!! This is not the first time happened, last month I ordered from drive through, they said I have to wait 10 min for chicken to be cooked, I drove out of the drive through to the front as the lady she said . No one show up after 15 min I went back to the drive through. The chicken still not prepared yet !!! I refunded my money without getting my order. Please this store need a professional manager with good staff
