  I tried ordering food from here and they said they can't give me a large fries only medium was available. Then, I asked for a potato salad and they said they have 0 salads because of a stock issue. Ridiculous. This place should close shop until they have proper inventory.

  I went around 12.30 over there as drive through is open 24 hours .. firstly the person took my order for chilli crunch menu items and i waited for around 10 mins and a guy came at the window and he said that oh sorry that chilli crunch menu is already discontinued.. so i left disappointed after waiting for 10 mins from there...like what is this.. other locations are serving it then why dont they serve it.. and if they dont serve it then he could have told me this while taking my order rather than making me wait at window for 10 mins ...seriously annoying... drive thru is for serving people late night..not making them wait and then disappointing them..

  I ordered famous spicy chicken combo with poutine and medium coke no ice around 1:30 am . Staff on window told me to park . I waited half an hour in parking lot and nobody came out with my order . Then , I decided to drive up to drive thru window . Staff didn’t apologize and staff said “ why you didn’t came back after 5 minutes.” and she handed out my cold food to me and my drink with ice . I didn’t said anything. This is worst customer service I ever get.

  I have to say the KFC gravy is not the same as other locations in the city this gravy tasted lik something else It came with a meal deal and it was the large The lady was very nice to rectify it and give me another gravy but it was to no prevail It tasted the same The chicken is good The customer service is good just don't buy the gravy ! This is an honest opinion thank you
