  Check your orders and open the bags. Not the greatest quality but when you want KFC it’ll do. Multiple times my order has been wrong and items not in the bag. Without a receipt in the bag there is no way to confirm what was entered. An item I ordered and was repeated at the window was not included. Super frustrating and customer service was unhelpful and just didn’t care.

  What happened to your gravy??? Not the famous tasting KFC gravy from here!? (Second time I tried, as thought maybe it was my error last time.) Also way toooooo much salt on the fries. Or maybe it's too much salt in the gravy. A total waste of money and am very disappointed!! 😥

  I had such a great experience at KFC today and I really hope this gets back to the Saman. I had to wait a little longer because they were making fresh chicken, but she was so kind, attentive, and kept checking in with me while I waited. She went above and beyond by offering me a free drink and even a free meal because of the extra wait time — which honestly wasn’t even that bad. It meant so much that she cared enough to make sure I was happy. Customer service like that is rare these days. She was friendly, professional, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Please recognize her for the fantastic job she’s doing — she truly made my day! 5 stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
