Food was great as always …..Weirdest rationing of napkins ever. Didn’t even get one per person. Then had to ask at the counter for more. Where it was treated like we were stealing to get an additional two napkins.

Fresh burgers, tons of fries. Friendly staff, clean. Peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait for your burger.

I've been to 5 different locations and this one is by far the worst!
Burnt food ,bottom of the barrel fries, horrible presentation (burgers buried under 1 to 2 inch long fries) and and lack luster service.
On top of all that every table in the place was filthy and the floor was covered in half eaten and dropped food! Never again 😒

Stopped into this Five Guys location for dinner. The staff were sooo friendly and kind! We been here a few times and staff are consistently great. The burgers and Cajun fries are sooo good everytime. We tried a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream and it was so delicious! Overall great service/staff, great food and over experience was great!
There is free parking exterior lot, I haven't had a hard time finding yet :)

Today I went to Five Guys in South Edmonton Common. I had a little cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. It was absolutely 😋 delicious. I also had the poutine. One of the best poutine's I have ever had anywhere. The chocolate milkshake was also a get again. The milkshake rivals Pete's drive inn. The staff was very kind and polite and the restaurant was absolutely spotlessly clean. The peanuts were so fresh too.
Kind regards,
Karen Barkman 😊
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
