Pretty good fast food, all made to order with an above average selection of toppings. The prices, however, have gotten out of control.

My fiancé ordered food from this establishment last week via Uber Eats at 9:30 PM. After paying for the full order and not receiving everything in the order, we contacted Uber Eats who then told us to reach out to five guys. However by the time we tried to contact five guys they were closed. The very next day we contacted five guys and they said “ it is too late for us to do anything about it”. Very unprofessional and I hope moving forward you at least offer a refund or some compensation to customers who experience something similar.

We ordered two scheduled pick up orders ahead of time, we decided to do two orders because our groups were splitting the payments so it made it easier to have them separate, and when putting the orders in as ASAP they said 6-11 minutes and that was not enough time for me to drive there so we scheduled it instead for 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, checked in on both orders on the apps, went inside and told the person at the pick-up counter the two orders I was there to gather. One order was ready in five minutes. The next order took TWENTY FIVE ADDITIONAL MINUTES. In this time I saw around eight other completed orders that were either ordered at the counter AFTER MY ARRIVAL or were already standing waiting for their pick-up. That whole time, standing there with the first order, feeling it go COLD in my hands. I don't mind waiting a half hour for our food together, but giving me one order and then nearly an ENTIRE HALF HOUR LATER the second order is unacceptable, now I returned home with one fresh order and one order that needs to be microwaved because it is now cold. Have you ever had microwaved tomato's and lettuce on a burger? It's disgusting. It's not like one order was some complicated order and the other one was a simple salad, they were all burgers and fries and then one poutine (they have pre packaged cheese and a big thing of gravy all ready to go). No reason both orders shouldn't have come out within a few minutes of each other. Completely ridiculous, it's been nearly two years since ordering at a Five Guys and this is my first experience back? Frankly I want my money back and I will never be setting foot in this Five Guys location, maybe any Five Guys locations, ever again.
