- CCChris5 days ago4.0Tried Wayback Burgers during their Monday to Wednesday classic burger deal, which is honestly a really good value. We ordered five classic burgers. Two of them were very good and exactly what we expected. Unfortunately, three of the burgers had patties that were quite burnt and fairly dry, which was disappointing. It was very busy at the time, so it felt like the kitchen might have been a bit overwhelmed with the volume of orders. That said, the overall experience wasn’t bad, and since some of the burgers were done well, we’re willing to give it another try. Hiccups can happen anywhere, especially during busy promo times, and when it’s good, it’s definitely worth it.

Wayback got a high score but you can’t always trust the reviews. We opted to try Wayback on ellerslie rd. because it is on our way home. Well let me tell you, the reviews were very accurate. We ordered the Classic Burger & fries. It was soooo tasty! It tastes like I remember burgers tasting when I was young. We enjoyed the fabulous service as well. We were served by Sandy who was patient and knowledgeable. We asked Sandy the name of who was cooking because she deserves some praise too. The cook was Aman. She cooked the burgers to perfection. We will be back to try the milkshakes and more items off the menu. It all looked so good. If you have driven by and thought you should drop in but didn’t, you are missing out! Thanks again Ladies.

The tater tots were the best I've ever had. The french fries and gravy was better than KFC. And the burgers were top-notch very good. Definitely beat my expectations by Longshot. They're in a very nice location easy to get to used to get in and out. The waitress is very friendly and courteous even though I didn't tip lol I forgot. Definitely worth going back
