  I went to wayback burgers yesterday for the first time and man was it ever busy. The amount of customers and online orders were insane! The servers were flooded with angry online orders and angry customers but I’ve never seen servers work so hard to try to please everyone. Despite the longer wait times, the food was immaculate, and the customer service was excellent especially considering how rude the customers were to the servers. I appreciated such honesty from the servers at the front who made me among many other customers aware of how long the wait was going to be before we even ordered, despite having some customers leave due to the told wait time. Thank you to the amazing servers who worked during such an insane rush of customers! The food and customer service was wonderful and I really enjoyed my time!

  Had a terrible experience at the restaurant. Wait time was over an hour and huge line up. Servers were extremely rude and when I asked for wait time for my order the lady server kicked me out of the restaurant. Customers were getting extremely frustrated with several leaving the restaurant completely mad. Servers were also lying to customers saying it will take 5 minutes but order took more than 1 hour to get ready. The servers were also ignoring some customers purposely and making rude faces. Environment was similar to fish market , at one point I couldn’t believe restaurant is in Canada. Worst customer service in all of south Edmonton. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost.

  Aman was so freaking amazing!!! she was not only helpful but she went above and beyond for our experience. She recommended all the correct options and it did not disappoint! WHOEVER IS THE BOSS OF THIS WAYBACK GIVE AMAN A RAISE!

  We recently visited Wayback Burgers in Ellerslie and had a great experience. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. I had the double patty burger and it was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and really satisfying. I also appreciate that they offer gluten-free options, which makes it easier for everyone to enjoy a meal there. I’ll definitely be back! Bonus they had the olympics on!

  I am just give a best a best advice. Just change your ignoring staff. This was second time feel same. I will never come back. And also I will talk with my friends to not go thats bad store. If you change your staff.
