I asked if there was jalapeños and she said it came with fried jalapeños. I asked for the burger without cheese as I’m lactose intolerant. Yep, you guessed it. Full of cheese. One bite and I was super pissed but I had taken it to go as I needed to be in a meeting soon so I couldn’t complain in person. The place was really nicely laid out and the atmosphere was wonderful. I thought I had great service until I discovered that I had been cheated out of an awesome looking burger. The fries were super awesome. Crispy and with skin on. Excellent fries. That was my lunch essentially, fries and drink. I can’t believe they charged me $1 for extra jalapeños which from what I can tell was 4 more pieces. The burger tasted great (from the one bite I was able to have) but the jalapeños weren’t spicy at all, it could have been deep fried okra for all I know. I responded to the reply and got the message bounced back.. their replies are fake. I changed my initial 3 stars to 1 star. The total was just a bit over ~$20. That’s really pricey for getting one bite into a burger. Hence the 3 stars. I probably won’t come back until a very very long time when the sting of wasted food wears off.
