- SPsam patelNov 12, 20251.0I ordered a Veg Pad Thai and specifically asked for medium spicy, but what I got was extremely sweet instead. It didn’t taste anything like Pad Thai — just sugary noodles. On top of that, there was barely any broccoli (only one small piece!), even though other Thai Express locations usually include a good amount of vegetables. The worst part — we actually found beef in the dish! I’m a strict vegetarian, so this was completely unacceptable. I had to leave half the meal uneaten. Although they did refund the money, the staff acted like nothing happened and didn’t even offer a sincere apology. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

- NNNathanSep 13, 20255.0The food was amazing, and I'd recommend the fried rice or the pad thai. It's a really good go-to restaurant whenever you are craving Asian food. Could use some work on the spice levels. ( Its usually the same mild or very spicy)

I ordered the Thai beef bowl and it was awful. I remember the broth having so much flavour before. The one I got was so bland and unappetizing and the beef was chewy. There was zero flavour. I had to add 2 hoison and 2 chili just to be able to get through less than half of the bowl. I was such a disappointment knowing there was probably another 20 places in that mall that make noodle bowls. One of my worst fast food experiences.

It was extremely bitter and not consumable, I had to throw it away after the first drink. The service wasn’t great either. The person who was helping me was sick and coughing constantly and couldn’t understand what I was trying to order. Chicken stir fry with cashews. The chicken stir fry was really good! The fresh shrimp roll I got was good and held together, however the one my wife got fell completely apart before even the first bite.
