  Waited over 5 minutes for someone to rake my order in the drive thru and still no one said hi. Went up to the windows. Had to fight with staff just to open windows. And their response was sorry, it's not working. Maybe you should put a sign up or watch for customers. So we drove away and noticed that the truck behind us was now waiting at the speaker....and no one was telling them the drive thru is down as well. If you work customer facing, you really need to work with customers in mind and I will NEVER come back to this location again as they do not care about their customers time or hunger.

  Ordered off of door dash & was so sad/ disappointed with what I got lol ( legitimately cried because I was SO excited to eat my meal. ) This is the second time they’ve given me food like this. I also took a video of me opening my order with the bag sealed, the fries literally came like that no joke. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m never ordering from this location again. 🥲

  I have never been so irritated ordering food. And so disappointed in customer service. I understand that it's late at night and working the overnight shift can be difficult but when I ordered my food two different people answered when I gave my order they didn't actually input it. So when I got to the window they asked me what I wanted and it wasn't until after I paid that I realized that they put the wrong one in. Now they also told me that it's going to take some time. That's okay, I can understand that. But what I can't understand is the employee who didn't take my order properly. Why he's sitting on the booth playing on his phone. I will be calling the store in the morning because this is absolutely not okay

  Late night drinking wanted some Taco Bell, ordered at 12:26, got busy doing other things and when I came back the delivery time had gone from 1:05 to 2:25, they messed around for an hour and a half and cancelled the order at 1:55, decided they needed to be given a bad review, and while I’ll be a monkeys uncle, cause it’s littered with 1 star reviews, awful establishment, clearly everyone needs to be fired and a new change of staff because they’re just deciding to ignore orders cause they don’t want to do there job and just be paid to sit around, I have never written a single review in my life when I’ve had terrible service but I wasn’t gonna let this one go, absolutely awful.

  Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when she finally handed us our food we were missing half of it and when we told her she came back after 7 more minutes and then she still forgot more food and that took her another three minutes there was no sense of urgency and when we ate the food (Crunchwrap) there was barely Any meat and pretty much all lettuce. Don’t go here it’s terrible
