There was hair in my food, greeter didn't speak English very well then got upset with me when i asked to repeat, so they messed up my order twice. My poutine was cold and clumpy, and they left dirty dishes in front of me for ages. I couldn't get anyone's attention for a long time, and it took forever to get the bill. Seriously, go somewhere else.

The staff member at the front went above and beyond — he called the other store right away, had my order cancelled and refunded, and then personally made sure my food was prepared quickly at the correct location. He was super kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy. The food was great and the customer service was even better. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be returning!
- LML M.Nov 15, 20251.0I have been in the drive through long enough that my kid could've learned to talk, do long division, draft the Eiffel tower, hatch an egg, raise it to adulthood, and then kill it for chicken and I'd STILL BE HERE. My last half hour has reeked of cigarettes , the employees shouldn't be smoking beside the drive through. Any time I get fries from this location they come in a nice soggy steamy bag that turns them into mulch. I hope I get through this drive through before my hypothetical kid graduates.

The young ladies that were serving were stretched as the place was absolutely packed, and I can see why. One of the best Swiss chalets I've ever been in. Hadn't been to this one in five or six years but it sure didn't disappoint

They make these crazy chicken 🐔 spring rolls which at first your like that tastes kinda odd but then you're like that tastes really good actually, especially with that dippen sauce. Sometimes they forget that dippen sauce when you go through the drive thru. You get home and your all disappointed because that's like having a PB&J WITHOUT THE DAMN 'J'. It still tastes great though, juicy tender chicken just bursting with all that great tender juicy chicken goodness. So if you drive through check yo bag and make sure you got that chalet sauce because that's what makes the chicken dance in the moon light. Good location, clean. Curious staff, just stop forgetting the dippen sauce.
