I would like to be very clear that this one-star review is not based on this Swiss chalet's location but rather the customer service of when you phone in an order. The lady was extremely obnoxious and rude and condescending and belittling. If you can't take a simple order for someone's dinner, why are you working in customer service?

It’s a fast food joint now. Secondly ordered the baked potato with the chicken And ribs and my baked potato she could’ve told me when I ordered it That they only had sour cream if that was the case I wouldn’t have ordered it. Secondly, it came out cold then to add it off the ribs look like they were a week old dried on sauce, dried meat to the point I couldn’t even choke it down honestly I wouldn’t waste my money there so if you’re thinking about going there, don’t .
