Even though the store was still open, the staff member refused to serve me, saying they are required to close 5 minutes early and that everything was already packed up and moved to the back. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I also work in the same plaza, so I understand closing procedures, but customers should still be served until the posted closing time. The experience felt dismissive and left a negative impression. Overall, not a good experience.
