- BBBryanNov 26, 20181.0Subway has a promotion advertised at many of their restaurants INCLUDING this one: When you buy a $25 gift card you get a coupon redeemable for a 6” sub for $1. The sign is clearly posted on their cash register. We recently took advantage of this offer and when I went to redeem the coupon they refused it saying they don’t accept them. The coupon does say “Valid at participating restaurants” but given they have this offer clearly posted at this location I believe that they are technically participating in the promo and therefore should be held accountable. Due to the timing I didn’t have time to ask for a manager and I didn’t want to interfere with the flow of hungry customers at lunch time but I’m hoping Subway responds to the email I sent.
