  Consistently out of product. I've been here probably 10 times and they're always out of meatballs. You'd think after the first 2 times they run out that demand is higher but idk. Staff doesn't understand amounts. I ask for "a tiny bit more sauce" and they just pour half the bottle on it. This has happened several times. They also don't accept coupons for whatever reason, NAIT students are already drained enough of their money, it's ridiculous they don't accept coupons. Today I ordered a 6 inch and they charged me for a foot long. The best they could do was "give me the other half". Are you serious? YOU made the mistake, so why am I paying for it? They said "we don't do refunds." I get that for customer issues but it was your mistake that led to this. The least you could have done was given the sandwich for free. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Boycott this place tbh.

  They don't accept coupons here. At NAIT, students are charged enough with parking and tuition, and we can't even get a small discount on lunch! This is a terrible policy, most likely decided by management. Management at this store deserve zero stars.

  The poor staff have to deal with upset customers becasue there is no choices for bread, and there are very few toppings. How can you be a subway and not have tomatoes and onion even? I will NEVER be back to this location. Pathetic at best!!!

  A tall, dark, lanky guy just insulted me for buying an English muffin and expecting to have a bit of all the vegetables in it. "This is breakfast not lunch" was what he said. I think it shouldn't be on the menu if that's the case. You can't be an ambassador of a brand and condemn your customer's choice of what you're offering. If you were to be selling inches tall burgers, you wouldn't refuse your customers their requests of what should be in the burger. You don't even know if I'm buying the food because of the vegetables in it. Or if that's all I can afford just to eat at the moment. You chose to embarrass me because of my order and I feel sad about it. How about you decide the size of buns/bread that fits the vegetables to your employer?
