    Just went to this location and I have been a few times already. This time however, I placed an order through the app and it said it would be ready in 2 mins. Upon arriving, there were no customers in the store and one worker. She was pleasant and she had started working on my order which was ONE sandwich. I walked in, advised I was waiting for an online order and the name. Great. Another customer walked in, and immediately she began preparing his sandwich while mine sat on the counter partially made.. served him to finish and began mine AFTER. I was first and to be honest, this location is like this. Don't expect it fast or to be taken first when you should because they'll serve someone else. They also under toast the sandwiches so ask for double toast if you actually want it toasted. Not sure I'll go back to this location though it's close to home, this was pretty disappointing. And even after I asked for the double toast, it was still only lightly warm.

    Staff was slow compared to other locations and seemed unorganized. I went to collect my points and said I was collecting and she used them anyway (I didn't notice before paying sadly) one of the workers was on the phone on speaker
