  I came in at midnight. The lady at the counter was rude, maybe because my shoes were wet from the snow. I could tell by the look on her face. She was talking on the phone the whole time, with no gloves on, and she had huge nails. Very pathetic behavior, I must say.

  I didn’t get the name of the person that helped me but he was amazing. He was polite and made my sub with so much care it was like art. Will definitely be going back.

  Its open very late and the costumer service was amazing all the employees were very nice, enjoyed the sandwich would recommend for late night hunger

  I think the management just changed locations across the street. Well they were alright before. The least preferred location for me. Gave it a shot again since for the heck of it. Same experience. Barely any meat or veggies in my sandwich. I used the BOGO on their app and I think the staff has been told to be skimpy when customers use their wee vouchers. Proper supervisor no where to be found. A couple old ladies who barely spoke anything helped me. I wonder how they makenit work. I think the key is to hire people who would not be able to talk to get rid of any customer concerns or service. Its mental. Sub standard. Complacent. Just a lazy excuse at owning a franchised business.
