I went today to grab a sandwich quickly through the drive through. I could barely hear or understand what the person on the other end was saying due to cars passing by. So, I went to the window & the male employee that was working was incredibly rude. I tried to explain that I couldn’t hear what they were saying & that’s why I pulled up to the window. He then scolded me for doing so. He asked me what I wanted for veggies.. I told him but, he would walk away and the window would close as I spoke. He didn’t care at all that I was speaking. Then I was handed the sandwich, and scolded again saying next time come into the building and don’t come through drive through. My hearings fine.. Maybe put the headset on properly, and the mic near your mouth so the sound comes through properly next time. I should have just drove away but, I paid for the extremely careless sandwich and drove away. I will not be back

Really happy with my visit on this location. Great amount of food per serving, amazing quality and super friendly staff. Definitely a great spot for a quick, healthy meal without sacrificing the flavour.

On 31st December, I visited this store @141 st. around 1:30 PM and the store was a little bit busy and there was only Guy working, after 4-5minutes of waiting, I look at the guy and then he called someone for backup and guess what the employee was sitting in the dining area. She was an Asian lady. I think she doesn’t love her job. She can clearly see that I am waiting but naaaaa she was Sitting there, which was So annoying and then After 2-3minutes she started making my sub and she was so so so Slow I need three foot-long, but I ended up buying only one because of her I think she needs rest .
