I got those toasted but she toasted it on combo 6inch setting because of that my steak sandwich was toasted properly i was cold. They need knw how to heat up the meat sandwich sepreatly. So the meat gets heated up properly. I knw the toast setting i have experience in subway. It was 18 second extra that’s it. She spoiled my steak sandwich but the pizza sub was good

She was extremely polite, patient, and friendly, and made the whole ordering process smooth and pleasant. She took our order carefully, had a great attitude, and really made us feel welcomed. It’s rare to get such warm customer service at a drive-through, and Mehak truly stood out. Thank you for the excellent service — she’s a real asset to the team!

The employee handed me two and when I took a couple more myself, she literally yelled at me as if I was stealing something. She said, “That’s too much!” — over napkins for a 6-inch sandwich.This was one of the rudest, most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that, especially over something as small as napkins.Her tone, behavior, and attitude were completely unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a place that’s supposed to care about its customers.Management really needs to address this. I definitely won’t be coming back unless this issue is taken seriously.
