I asked for onion rings, and they clearly confirmed they had them, but I was given potato rings instead, seemingly just to move the line along. I also noticed a brief exchange of glances between two staff members, which I found unacceptable. During my first visit, the staff were not polite when I asked if they grill the wrap. Despite that previous experience, I gave them a second chance, but they still did not meet my expectations. I would like management to look into this issue.
