  Great customer service by Raj. Always has a smile on her face and greets you nicely. Clean and fresh food. Would definitely recommend.

  This place is a rip-off!!! We ordered through an app. Charged for double meat but didnt get it. Bread was crusty and crumbled, so obviously at least a day old, not fresh. Smallest amount of toppings. Sauce all over the bun. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I had a very uncomfortable and concerning experience at this Subway® location in Edmonton. The heating system was not working, and with outside temperatures around -25°C, it was extremely difficult for customers to sit inside or even stand comfortably to place an order. The cold inside felt almost the same as being outdoors. What’s even more worrying is that employees are expected to work in these conditions. This is not just uncomfortable—it’s potentially dangerous. Prolonged exposure to such cold can cause serious health issues, including numbness, poor circulation, and increased risk of illness. No one should be serving food or handling customers while struggling to stay warm. Customers were rushing their orders because of the cold, seating was practically unusable, and the overall experience was very poor. A restaurant should provide a safe and warm environment, especially during extreme winter conditions like this, which are common in Edmonton. I strongly urge management and Subway® corporate to address this issue immediately. If heating is not functional, the store should not be operating, for the safety of both customers and staff. This situation shows a lack of concern for basic health, safety, and customer experience. Very disappointing.

  This subway is great, usually, the staff are super nice, but they screwed up my order so bad, I asked for extra pickles and onions, crispy onions, cheese, banana peppers, but there is no cheese, no extra pickles, no crispy onions, no banana peppers it’s dry, it’s untoasted, it’s almost like they didn’t even read my order. I feel like my money has been wasted. I’m absolutely furious. Customers don’t come to you for you guys to make whatever you want and ignore the order, i wanted what I ordered and I’m pissed I wasted my money on a sandwich I don’t even want.

  Late night takeout guy he needs a raise he's the best worker he works hard to give the customers what they want and they exceed their expectations a thousand percent I will recommend this play everytime time
