I placed an online order and when I arrived, Lovespreet was extremely rude and refused to make my order. Despite showing clear proof of purchase, they would not prepare the food or issue a refund. The coworker working alongside her was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Neither of them offered any assistance or solutions—just attitude and dismissal. I was essentially told “too bad” after paying for food I never received. This location shows zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero care for customers. Being treated this way after already paying is unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly suggest others think twice before ordering online from this Subway.
