I’ve been here a few times, and every single time I’m disappointed. I’ll only go to the Subway by my work. What a massive difference in quality between locations.

I was overcharged for the smashed avocado item that is clearly advertised in-store on the menu, and the product I received did not include the advertised toppings. The item continues to be promoted, yet there is reportedly no proper button in the system to charge for it. Instead, customers are being overcharged, which is unacceptable. When I questioned this discrepancy, rather than addressing the issue appropriately, she brought up an unrelated and humiliating incident—something I was never made aware of previously. This was both irrelevant and inappropriate. As I was leaving, she and her coworker laughed at me, which further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. My concern was straightforward: advertising an item without an accurate and transparent method of charging for it is misleading. Instead of resolving the matter respectfully, she chose to respond in a dismissive and humiliating manner. This experience was unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied. Also this is how they package sandwiches here and it fell out of my hand onto the cement like this so I had to throw it away.
