  I always take my order to go an in years of ordering I have never had to come back or argue with staff. They even call me when something is up with the order (ie out of one type of cookie will I take another). Always friendly and happy when I come in. Store is always clean.

  I normally avoid this location due to past portion, build and quality issues and was intentionally trying to place an online order at a different Subway. Unfortunately, I wasn’t paying close enough attention and the app defaulted to this location. I immediately tried calling to cancel the order and was told that once an online order is placed, it can’t be cancelled or changed. When I picked it up, the footlong BBQ steak & cheddar had very little meat and extremely uneven distribution, with large sections of plain bread and noticeably more vegetables than steak (photo attached). When I brought it back to the counter, I was told this was “policy” (one scoop per side), but the issue wasn’t the scoop count — it was the lack of proper distribution and overall balance of the sandwich. After I pointed this out, more meat was added and it looked closer to what a footlong should be. However, the steak tasted dry, and the container had clearly been opened again, which raised concerns about freshness and quality control. I’m glad it was corrected, but customers shouldn’t have to return to the store and advocate for a properly made and fresh sandwich — especially when this has been a recurring issue for me at this location.

  I had a great experience at Subway today. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff prepared everything exactly the way I wanted. My sandwich was made quickly, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The team was friendly and patient, even when I asked for custom toppings. Overall, a really dependable place for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be back!

  Disgusting and disgraceful to Canada. Shame this subway, boycott this location. I wish I could express my frustration with how this subway is ran. Terrible experience, bad customer service, rude employees, could not communicate due to language barriers, very unsanitary, very unprofessional. order was not even close to correct. This subway claimed that they could not find a Canadian citizen for hire to make sandwiches for 36$ an hour. I handed my application in multiple times and went in person, fully ready to work. Yet they claimed no Canadian citizen wanted to make sandwiches for 36$ an hour. I am able to work and yet hired a temporary foreign worker.
