Finding a hair DEEPLY EMBEDDED in the meat is a major health hazard. To make it worse, the labeling was a mess and the sandwiches were swapped. Completely unprofessional.

I had an online only deal. They were patient while I filled that out. Great service. She put together a master sub.

This is hands down the worst subway I’ve been too, the person serving the food was extremely rude and dismissive. The food was terrible, and they didn’t even have a grill.

This does not taste right. Flavourless. This subway cuts every corner possible. Sealed my sub with quarter of a sticker, were reluctant to add extra veggies, and the fountain machine missing had the drink flavours very subway has.

They are choosing to do a cut on their subs that was phased out in 1999. When I phoned to complain about it on Friday, I was met with nothing but excuses. I found today and the ignorant woman who answered the phone kept trying to talk over me. The wedge cut that they are saying is now being phased in is a lie. I have phoned head office and several other subways, and they don’t make subs by cutting out the wedge in the middle of the bread. Save yourself the money and go to a different subway.
