I went to the Kingsway Mall location around 12:30 PM on November 3rd, and the employee making my sandwich was extremely rude and arrogant. He made a complete mess while preparing the order and spoke to us in a condescending way, as if we didn’t know what we were ordering. After spending good money, the least you expect is basic respect and professionalism — neither of which were shown. This experience completely ruined my visit. Subway really needs to train their staff on how to treat customers properly. I’ll never be coming back to this location again.
