They never have soup. I ordered a chicken rancher and they forgot to put bacon. Also was charged for 3 combos when I only had 2. good thing I checked the receipt.

I visited Subway yesterday at 6:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie sub, but the toppings were extremely limited — just a few pieces of onion and only two small pieces of spinach. For $12, this was not acceptable and felt very unfair.
On top of that, they didn’t inform us that soda was unavailable until later. This was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I hope the management improves both service and communication.

Very disappointed with my experience at Subway. It was basically all bread and barely any filling inside. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the staff member didn’t listen and made the sandwich her own way instead. When I tried to correct it, she ignored my request. On top of that, I was charged extra without a proper explanation. The customer service was very poor, and I did not feel respected. I won’t be coming back. She is filipina lady..

I got a total of 3 peices of onion on my sandwich. Are the workers paying for the onions or what? Ridiculous the fact i have to ask for more then 4 peices of onion on a footlong
