- MAManpreet AroraDec 29, 20251.0SOMEONE FROM HIGHER REALLY READ THIS AND HAVE TO CONTACT , happened today Dec 29-3:05 pm,,I rarely order from here because of their poor service, today i order from app from delivery and i got my food delivered from this location, I order 2 subs and i guess its really soo hard to read the instructions provided by customers, got both my subs wrong , when i call and ask for refund they decline, and manager call and told me to bring sub back ANYTIME and get free, i told her that may be i will bot get time to come as i will be little busy, she told to keep the sub with me even its 2 weeks or a whole month. to keep in fridge, and i told her that my fridge is going to stink if i keep it, she was like yes you still have to keep , i have to check whether i am saying truth about wrong sub or not, HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT. You need to check with that manager who was there at that time, THIS IS FOOD SAFETY ISSUE, I told her i can send you the picture of my sub even and either give me half refund, but she was like i want sub back doesnt matter if its 2 weeks or 2 months, LIKE REALLYYY!!!! SOO DISGUSTING
